2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Binding Agreement: Your use of the Services constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.3 Service Limitations: Not all medical conditions are suitable for treatment via telehealth. Providers may decline to prescribe medication or recommend in-person care if deemed appropriate.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Account Responsibilities: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct: You may not:\n- Use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.\n- Interfere with the functionality or security of the platform.\n- Access or attempt to access another User\u2019s account without authorization.

6. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

9.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by One Life Meds or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9.2 License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 As-Is Services: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10.2 No Guarantee: The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of the Services.
10.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company\u2019s liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
