One life Meds is an online healthcare service that connects our patients with high-quality practitioners who focus on endocrine conditions. We offer weight management and hormone therapies at a fixed cost!
Who can use One Life Meds?
To use One Life Meds, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Reside in or be physically present in a state where we offer services.
3. Have a demonstrated medical need for treatment. For certain treatments, like Hormone Therapy, recent lab results may be required (we can assist if diagnostic lab work is needed).
How does it work?
One Life Meds is designed to be easy and straightforward. You can start treatment in just three simple steps:
1. Complete a medical intake and, if needed, undergo lab work to confirm a medical need for treatment.
2. Meet your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.
3. If deemed medically appropriate, receive your medication by mail every 4-weeks from a mail-order pharmacy, as decided by your provider.
What if I am having a medical emergency?
If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1.
How do I get my medication?
Your medication will be delivered straight to your door!
What if Iβm not approved for a medication?
If you are not approved, you will not be charged for the medication or the visit.
What is the age range for treatment?
Individuals interested in medication via our GLP-1 treatment plan must be between 18 and 75 years old.

How do I see a provider?
Simply book an appointment time that works with your schedule! Itβs that easy! Once booked, you will receive a link to join the online telehealth appointment which you can access on your phone, laptop, or tablet.
Do I get to pick a provider?
We ensure top quality providers and care to help you along your journey. Providers are assigned based on your state of residence
What if I want to see a different provider?

Is it legal to see a provider through the internet?
Yes, itβs completely legal to see a provider online! One Life Meds operates exclusively in states where telehealth is permitted for this type of care.
Do I have to talk to the provider?
Yes, it is important you meet with the provider and speak with them about your condition, lifestyle, habits, etc. That way the provider can make an informed decision on which treatment will work best for you.

Where will my prescriptions be filled?
Prescriptions are sent by your provider and are fulfilled and shipped directly from our list of licensed and certified (LegitScript or NABP) pharmacies. The specific pharmacy may vary depending on state or location.
What pharmacies does One Life Meds use?
One Life Meds uses licensed, certified, and regulated compounding pharmacies across the United States.
Are the pharmacies One Life Meds uses held to high standards?
Yes, we only use the highest quality pharmacies to supply our medications. Each pharmacy we use is licensed, regulated, and certified (LegitScript or NABP). The pharmacies undergo regular testing for sterility and potency.

Does One Life Meds require a long-term contract?
No! One Life Meds does not require a long-term contract. Our services operate on a 4-week basis, and you are not required to sign up for any specific time period.
What if I need to cancel?
